Angie and John’s Evergreen Lake House Wedding is a true testament to the beauty of serendipity. Their love story began on a picturesque walking trail in Evergreen, Colorado, where fate brought them together. John, a former wildlife park ranger, captured Angie’s heart when she called him for help with an orphaned bear cub. Together (and with the help of wildlife experts), they raised the little baby bear back to health. Little did they know, this chance encounter would blossom into a deep and lasting relationship.
Angie did so great with her details bag! She had all her items ready to go; even something new, something old, something borrowed, something blue. PRO TIP: have your florist provide extra “lay-flat” flowers to add that extra wow factor to the design. Shout out to Aflorae for having these ready to go!
Their wedding at the Evergreen Lake House in spring was nothing short of magical. The venue, nestled amidst the breathtaking Colorado scenery, provided the perfect backdrop for their special day. The decor was elegantly adorned with amber glassware, complemented by decadent food stations that delighted the senses. The ambiance was further enhanced by live music from a band, filling the air with joy and celebration.
As the evening unfolded, guests were treated to a delightful surprise as Angie and John embraced their love for country living. Wearing cowboy hats, they led everyone in a lively line dance to the classic tune of “Boot Scootin’ Boogie.” It was a joyful celebration of love, filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. Angie and John’s wedding was a reflection of their vibrant personalities and their love for each other, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey together as husband and wife.
